Aisling’s Background
Aisling is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. Aisling graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of the Arts in Journalism and Psychology. While at Marquette, Aisling conducted and published research for the Marquette Autism Initiative and worked at PACE Autism Services doing social skills groups for teenagers. She also developed a campus mental health initiative, You’re Not Alone, and produced a documentary.
Following graduation, Aisling began a Masters in Counseling Psychology program at Boston College. During her time at BC, Aisling advised undergraduate students and worked in a research lab studying the impacts of sexual trauma on college aged minority men. Since graduation, Aisling has worked in public elementary and middle schools. She spent time working for the Center for Therapy and Healing in Boston, treating patients with anxiety disorders, prolonged grief disorders, substance use disorders, and complex trauma. She currently runs a therapeutic classroom in a Metrowest public school, supporting students returning from prolonged absences.

Aisling is the founder & primary clinician for the practice. She has the unique perspective of understanding many systems: family systems, psychiatric care systems, the school systems, and particularly the special education system.
